I love the fact that I don't have to think about food. I don't have to think about how many calories are in each individual component of a meal it's all worked out for me. I simply pick out my breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner in the morning, work out the total calories and then know what I've got left for the rest of the day. I add my fruit and veg portions and my dairy allowance and then quite often I have enough calories left over for a little bit of a treat. It's brilliant. I love the fact that when my BMI is worked out I also then get my total calorie allowance so I know exactly where I am - it's so easy. Normally I lose interest after the first week of a diet - I get bored and give up but with diet chef because it's so easy and the food tastes so good I don't even feel like I'm on a diet most of the time. I am probably eating more healthily now than i have in a while, I lost 4 lbs in the first week and I feel great.
