Avoid! 30 days to refund, one person manually doing refunds. Item listed in stock but wasn't.

I would avoid this company as they seem like a small outfit acting like a big one. I ordered an Samsung SSD, easy enough to find online, and it was stated as In Stock. After waiting 3 weeks the item didn't arrive. I called, and they told me they were waiting for stock to arrive and that it would take a few weeks. I told them I wanted to cancel my order. They agreed, but then went to tell me that the refund would take 30 days!!! There is only one person in the accounting department dealing with refunds.

My advice, order from a ligitimate company and pay the extra few pounds. It'll save weeks of waiting!

I ordered an iPad case one week ago and the order has been in the 'processing....' status on their backend all week. Today is the day of delivery and the order status hasn't changed. Called 'Asif' in their Sales department and he has told me he'll look into the problem and will try to give me a call before 5pm today!!!

If the product is not already on it's way I will be cancelling my order ASAP.

Avoid this company... pay a bit more and go with a reputable e-seller!
