I've been a Scottish Power Customer for 8 Years and Finally i've had enough! (5 Years Previous address (Great Service) ... 3 Years current address) Current home was intitially British Gas which i thought i'd switch back to Scottish Power
This last year alone i noticed everytime i topped up on my pre-pay card they were taking money at the same time. £20 they would take £4 and leave me with £16 credit. I phoned them up asked what they were playing at that i was a pay & go customer...They put the blame down to switching from British Gas...That British Gas owe me the money. Phone British Gas....i didn't owe any money and was never in debt to british Gas it was nothing to do with them it was Scottish Power. Phoned Scottish Power They give me a pin to wipe it off. ....Few weeks later debt on it again. This time same reason... Only 3 weeks electricity was unaccoutnable for when i switched. i explained i've already paid for my eletcricity...i'm not paying for it twice. Same thing again gave me a pin wiped it off. This time they were taking £3...This went on 3-4 times.....Were they wiped it clean.
Then the Final time 4th or 5th time i flipped and had enough... I topped up £10...£2.11 off...i Checked my meter...it showed as 11.62 in debt. Bear in mind i hadn't noticed them taking the £2.11 a week because it was a much smaller amount. i contacted Scottish Power who asked me for my meter reading ... i gave it them and the woman on the phone said you are not £11. in debt your are now £49 in debt. i asked how can i be in debt i do not get £49 worth free of electricity.. i pay for what i use i pay as you go. This time Scottish Power were not for wiping the debt off.... I'd had enough i Contacted Consumer Rights Ombudsman to put an official complaint in about how badly we were being treated ... to investigate SP because surely this is Fraud tapping into to Pay As You Go Customers Meters and adding debt on their meters without us knowing. This had happened to us 5 times. I got a knock on my door same week having problems with SP from a new energy supplier Economy Energy not on Comparison sites because they are guaranteed 10% Cheaper Than all the Big 6 Rip Offs! So i switched only last week Because i can't take this with Scottish Power anymore....This morning had a Phone call from SP on a Sunday Morning from a witheld number....Bearing in Mind Scottsh Power are Not open on a Sunday said he was clearing the £49 debt and he can see there was always a problem with the meter reading... That i shouldn't have been in debt because i'm Pay As You go....
So What about all the money i have paid weekly in debt??? ...i've never been given that back...all as i've been given is the meter wiped. Not any of the money i have paid on this so called debt! ....SP only acting now because i have took it up with the Ombudsman. I'm just One Customer they have tried to rip off.......How Many Vulnerable Customers Are out there who don't actually notice Debt being added on their meters??? My advice is Put your Key in and Scroll through the options It will tell you if there is any Debt and how much they are taking a week !!!!!!!! .....& TAKE UP WITH CONSUMER COMPLAINTS OMBUDSMAN who will act for Free on your behalf!!!!!!!!! BECAUSE THIS IS THEFT OF AN ENERGY SUPPLIER WHO ALREADY GET ENOUGH OF US CUSTOMERS!

Every time i make a purchase with this company there is a problem!!!!!!
They've sent my items with holes covered up with security tags....Items suppposed to be new with tags turn up with NO tags!
there is always an item out of stock....
and when you are really looking forward to receiving something like a rare opulence ballerina dress they send you a shoddy side train dress NOT what i ordered and contacting them by telephone is terrible!!!!!!!!!! not only that they don't send you a returns sticker .....i have to pay my own returns cost and wait 28 days for a refund!!!! avoid if you don't want to be disappointed because i'm disappointed in every transaction i make

USELESS! in future pay the extra 10p with Royal Mail your guaranteed a better service! I wish i never bothered with these BIGGEST MISTAKE EBAY HAVE MADE! & as a seller myself and i send alot of parcels will no longer use these again!
Sent a Parcel on the 11th April (2 weeks ago), everyday there is an update (8 times) parcel is damaged - i've phoned 6 times everytime its says phone depot. and been advised every time parcel is not damaged there was a problem with the address, that there is no door number 18e.
I telephoned the customer who advised her door number WAS 18e, and there has been NO ATTEMPT for delivery NO CARD NO NOTHING!
Phoned Collect AGAIN! Asked them to return the parcel back to the sender (me) (3 days ago) which they should have done after 3 so called attempts of delivery as stated on their website
I live in Blackburn, and there depot is Bamber Bridge 147 Brierley Rd, Walton Summit Centre, Preston, Lancashire PR5 8AH ... (they did not provide this info) after research i found that collect plus is actually Yodel, telling me they don't know their depot address, or won't allow me to collect my own parcel (BALLS TO YOU) I'M COMING FOR MY PARCEL! told me i would have to wait 3-5 days from today (taking it to 3 weeks) for them to be returned to me! (NO CHANCE)
Customer service are a JOKE, they don't tell you the truth, full of lies,
i live 10 mins away and i'm on my way to collect!
Collected my Parcel from the depot as i said i would
Afterwards i recieved a personal phone call from the manager themselves who advised how sorry they were, and that my experience was unacceptable,
a cheque of £15 would be in the post as an apology and to cover petrol i've used to collect my parcel and postage refunded, (Thank you very much)
I very much appreciate the follow up to my bad review, and how the matter was dealt with in the end, which was very professional, and hopefully i will continue to use Collect+ and will update on my future experiences..
Cheque was recieved as promised in the post of £18.99 as they said they would

Being an ebay seller and selling bulky items daily i used to use Royal Mail, for the last 3 years and have now switched service to Collect+ which are half the price to royal mail,
To send a pair of shoes 1st recorded delivery with royal mail they charge £7.95, Collect+ charge £3.99 anything up to 2kg, tracked too!! or between 2-5kg for only £4.99 and the beauty of this is ebay have now allowed this as an option in our postage checkout
SO GOOD BYE ROYAL MAIL!!!! HELLO COLLECT+ .
I don't know how Royal Mail can Justify their sky high greedy prices or service, even 1st class takes them days to get here., they can't even be bothered to post a red card through the door!
