I spent 30 minutes waiting on your phone line this morning to speak to somebody regarding my item this morning & eventually had no option but to give up as I have other jobs to do today. I find it disgusting that a so called 'customer services team' can leave people waiting that long & not answer, though looking at feedback on here for worldstores I am not alone, if I had seen this prior to the order I wouldn't have bought from worldstores.
I ordered a wine rack 8 nearly 9 days ago, I was quoted 3-5 days delivery and after 8days the tracking information on their website states 'awaiting shipping'. This arises great suspicion & worry with regards to the amount of businesses going under recently.
I have read a report from The Telegraph (Oct 2012) stating that the founders of the company quoted that they hoped that he would have a larger range than Argos. I think Mr Joe Murray and Richard Tucker should really just try to get their customer services working more efficiently and increase customer satisfaction so that customers return and recommend otherwise, they will have a larger range of merchandise but nobody who wants to buy it from them!!!!
