Why wont you deliver to my neighbour

I write this while still waiting for my parcel. Every other delivery company will leave a parcel that needs a signature with a neighbour. This is not my first complaint. The last time they attempted to deliver there were a number of people in the house and it didn't get delivered. The driver said he definitely rung the doorbell (don't have a doorbell.)

Upon calling the customer service and getting annoyed at the computer voice and the lack of options. I still can't get them to deliver it to a neighbour. Because who is in to receive a parcel in the middle of the day. That's right, my retired neighbours who would happily accept delivery if someone even attempted.

Halfords

Super Selby.

Click and collected a great deal for some car lifting equipment. Sadly the York store sold the last one I had ordered. The in store sales rep was about as much use as Anne Franks drum kit and frankly very rude. Called customer service to complain and within hours had an alternative set of lifting equipment put together at the Selby store, this new set was uprated equipment and much more expensive than the original set.
I am almost certain Halfords lost out on this sale but have definitely made their money back off me since. Would like to make special mention of Charlie and Becky in store for making the customer experience bearable. Sadly cant remember the phone customer service reps name but she was tremendous. Even called me back to save my mobile minutes.

Went from completely enraged customer on the war path to happy as Larry.

I bought these items about 8 months ago but noticed a string of bad Halfords reviews so thought I should tip in my 2 cents.

DPD UK

never again, ever!!

spent all day waiting for a parcel said to be delivered by today. not arrived and its not the first time.

Customer service is about as welcome as a fart in an astronauts suit. no one answers their phones. Facebook was the only point of contact and they said to contact the sender as they hadn't sent it. Even though I got an email from yourorder@dpd.co.uk confirming the day.

Not only have I wasted my time but I have lost a great deal of money as it is late.

no annoyed at all, completely enraged!!

If only it were possible to sue for damages.
