IT'S SO FUNNY HOW EACH CUSTOMER WHO HAS NOT RECIEVED A REFUND WERE TOLD ,WE DIDN'T RECIEVE IT AT OUR WAREHOUSE. IF YOU SHOW PROOF OF POSATGE THEY MIGHT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. WHAT FUCKIN COMPANY DOES THAT??? ONLY A FRAUDULENT COMPANY SUCH AS MISSGUIDED. IM SURE YOUR COMPANY NOT THAT DAME BUSY WHERE THEY CAN'T PROCESS RETURNS IN A TIMELY MANNER!! IM SURE THEY JUST SIT AT THE COMPUTER ALL DAY WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO POST A BAD REVIEW SO THEY CAN TELL ALL THE CUSTOMERS THE SAME BOGUS ASS LINES!! I HOPE WITH ENOUGH COMPLAINTS, CONSUMERS WILL NOT SHOP YOUR PRODUCTS AND FORCE THE COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS, COUNTING DOWN, WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE 5,4,3,2,1!!!!

I can assure you that we are not a fraudulent company and we do refund our customers for their items. It does takes us 10 working days to process returns fro refunds once we receive them back at our UK warehouse.

Our CS are working as hard as they can to answer all emails and customer queries and you are not being ignored. Can you kindly email me at customerhelp@missguided.co.uk with a clear image of your proof of postage and your order number so that I can look into this further for you.
