Very efficient, quick delivery, So happy !!!

I ordered 3 items from extremepie, I was not expecting such a fast delivery ... Products great delivery is very fast ... I used another website before which is run by internet fusion as they also have extremepie as their website but might be different people managing these two sites because it was totally different two experiences ...
I was contacted great informed at all steps and very fast, great delivery !! I am so happy, so many thanks to extremepie team !!


Absolute shambles, left very very nervous !

Hi there, I have ordered a luggage and a hat from last week Thursday,
I accept a saver delivery option, I was told I would have the items 5 to 7 days. I have stayed at home last three days waiting for the delivery, there are no attempts nothing,
I sent an email to blackleaf and I was told with an unfriendly almost automated response "they are sorry and they have spoken to the delivery company, they will do something to resolve the matter ". Ok, I have waited for 6 hours and got no answer, I sent another e-mail and I was told delivery in system, which I knew already !!
My point is I ordered on the same day few items from USA also some items from France non of them with a special delivery or faster option or whatever. So In their defence they say the delivery is still in time but I am sorry It is not I count all the working days and it is not . They asked me what I expect them to do. All I expect as a customer who spent over 100£ pounds, smooth service, friendly understanding response and if there is an issue resolve it whatever the cost. Have they done it ? No. Are they friendly ? No. Is the service smooth? No
I will be on holiday next week I'm sure they will leave it to next week.
I am just terribly disappointed, this is my experience. Take it to consideration !

Hi Sercan, we are currently investigating why UPS failed to deliver your products. I can confirm that these items were despatched by our warehouse the day after you ordered which should have meant your order was with you in time.

We are very disappointed with the service provided by UPS (delivery company) on this occasion and we have asked them to instigate an internal investigation into the matter. They are currently attempting to trace the item and we will update you by email as soon as we have further information. Normally UPS provide a very good service and it is unusual that a parcel is not delivered on time.
