My parcel was out for delivery, it never arrived! I ws advised it was still at the despatch depot 9 days later.....It took 14 days and numerous calls to get my parcel (which was apparently lost at one point)!
I WILL NEVER USE THESE MUPPETS AGAIN.....THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!
I ordered flowers on the 18th June for delivery on the 20th of June (plenty of time to organise). The flowers never arrived and by the 21st of June at 5:15pm the flowers still hadn't arrived! Emails and call back service is a waste of time as no one responded, staff would not contact the courier company directly for me as they only communicate via email, I was then advised that ntall the couriers have mobiles and may not be contactable? IT'S 2012 children have mobiles! The supposed "Customer Services" are THE WORST, they couldn't give a damn! They have offered a refund via an email, wonder how long that will take?
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and so should others, shoddy cowboys!

I have recently moved to a new area and my son recommended that I use Just Eat. Before I did this I wanted to visit the places they recomended.....To my horror the suggested outlets were filthy and just disgusting, having worked in the food industry for a Blue Chip company....I have seen some sites in my time!
I am So glad I didn't order food without visiting the food establishments first! I will NOT be using Just Eat EVER!
JUST EAT SHOULD CHECK THE TAKEAWAY FACILITIES REGULARLY, and so should customers!!!!

I ordered a fire guard which took longer than the time advertised on the website, when it finally arrived it was the wrong size...The website had the wrong information which meant that we had to return the guard. It took several emails which were not replied to for 3-4 days in some cases! I want to return the guard but DIY Tools have failed to organise this. First collection date given was the 23rd Feb no one turned up, I finally got through to someone on the phone after hours of trying, which in itself is a miracle and demanded my refund (which I received), I was then advised that the collection would be today (29th Feb) but still no collection and I have now WASTED TWO DAYS waiting in for these clowns!
I Have dialled 0151 709 8006/0844 880 5646 on several occasions today BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE!!!!!!

I logged a complaint on a playhouse purchased in May 10 (the door would not close), I didn't hear back from Argos and contacted them 8 weeks later, to be told that the issue would be logged, this has now happened a further thee times!
It is December and I contacted them again to be told that there is no complaint logged on the system and that I have had the item too long to raise this complaint as the playhouse has been used?????
This hapened with a £600 pool table which was of poor quality and damaged at time of delivery in 2009, I am still waiting for that issue to be sorted out!
Rubbish Service and a Rubbish products......DO NOT BUY PLAYHOUSES OR POOL TABLES FROM ARGOS!
Received food that went out of date on day of delivery (food that would be reduced for quick sale in store, BUT I PAID FULL PRICE).
Cust services based in South Africa are very un-helpful! It has been three days since initial call to log my complaint and still no managers call back!!!!!
I now have so many out of date products, I still have no conformation of a refund not to mention the wrong items delivered and products missing......This is the second time I have used this service and this is the second time this has happened, I will not use them again!! KENDAL STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
