-Firstly i had a order which came to £65 but the final bill when really i was charged £75
-Secondly after spending time to sort out a refund for the price difference, ASDA had the cheek of taking out a second payment for £65 causing my bank to go into the red.
-Thirdly when communicating on the phone, i was redirected 3 times and each was as rude and arrogant as the other operator.
-The shopping came on time, the driver was polite and helpful and the groceries were not damaged.
Overall I would NOT recommend ordering online to anyone with ASDA, the lack of communication from the company, the unacceptable rudeness of the phone operators and the ridiculous payment methods can cause more trouble than you would think, stay clear of them.
