The first time I used IFLORIST they delivered late. I tried to contact them to find out where the order was and they took ages to answer. Finally I got an email offering a credit of 5.00 but with no explanation as to how to use it. I placed an second order and got an email stating they had cancelled my order with no explanation. - I used live chat and was told they had run out of flowers. (this seems the only way to communicate with them as they do not answer emails) I have just placed my third order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will let you know if they run out of flowers for my third order - Funny thing is the bouquet I requested is still on line to order.
