This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a company. The customer services was appalling, they would promise to ring me back straight away and never did I had to keep ringing them only for them to tell me they would ring back as soon as they speak to their technical team and then didn't bother to ring me, I was going around in circles. I ordered a vanity unit with a toilet pan. My plumber tried to install the toilet pan but it was incorrectly moulded with a short outlet. When I rang to complain they would only deal with me if I sent them pictures. So I had to arrange the sending of pictures, then for them to tell me they have to speak to their technical team which took a few day and many phone calls. They accepted the pan was faulty and arranged to replace it. This was after many unreturned phone calls and then 3 days later another toilet pan arrived. Unbelievably the second toilet pan arrived and guess what - same design fault. so back on the phone again to their very unhelpful customer services and another pan was ordered which took a further 2 days. third toilet arrived and installed but by this time we had to wait 1 week WITHOUT a toilet in the house and a family with 2 small children - what a nightmare. I would never order from this company again. Unprofessionally customer services and uncaring for their customer in a desperate situation. NEVER AGAIN - TAPS ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY
