They were let down by a supplier so my order was delayed. As I needed the order urgently they sent out an alternative product as a temporary fix, and subsequently sent the correct order, without any extra charge. It would have been easy for them to just apologise and blame their supplier like most businesses would have done, but instead they fixed the problem at their cost. Outstanding!
