I've been with t-mobile on and off for several years sometimes paying more rather than going to other networks like tesco believing their customer service would be better. How wrong was i. When the old sim card started giving problems and I ask for a new one these thugs want to charge me for it despite their responsibility to supply me with a working sim and me paying them £27 pm. talk mobile whom i pay just £5 a month previously offered a free replacement. I know what I will be doing when my contact is up for renewal.
Got a mobile phone worth about £200 from their website, I went for the import duty paid, local delivery option. The website just said order processing from the moment I paid the money without any updates. After about 12 working days I got a mail to say my order will be delivered and I got the phone a day later via citylink. I was given the tracking number after about 11 days. All in all it took about 2 weeks as it says on their website and the price was the cheapest I could find. The phone is new and original and works without problems so I cant fault them with the product.
