Optical Express

Work-up and Surgical experience was very good; clinicians very professional. The management staff's attitude and assistance on completion of surgery and payment was very disappointing.

On the whole a very smooth care package.

Throughout the clinical staff were excellent in their care and attitude to the patients experience.

Once the payment had been made and the surgery complete everything became an effort for certain administration staff at the Donegall Place (Belfast) branch and Guildford (Surrey) branch, where I required follow-up.
