I first heard about Printing.com from an individual that I met at a networking meeting. I was impressed by the quality of the card, and so asked the person where she had had her cards printed. She told me about Printing.com.
When the time came for me to get some of my own business cards printed, I decided to check them out.
Printing.com's website is clear and easy to use, and they provide great support .pdfs to help to ensure that your artwork is correctly set up before you send it to them. These guides were clear and gave great information.
Having sent them my artwork along with my order over a bank holiday weekend, I thought to expect a slight delay before hearing anything.
On the following Tuesday I received a telephone call from one of the designers to tell me that there was a slight problem with my artwork. She told me exactly how to remedy it (which took seconds,) and I resent the artwork that afternoon.
Later that day, I received an email from the designer to let me know that my order had been sent to print.
Friday morning, my order turned up, complete. I checked the run, and I have to say that Printing.com have done a fantastic job! I am so pleased with the razor-sharp print quality and the finish to my order, that I have already told others as to the quality of the service and final product.
Would I use Printing.com again? Absolutely. I would even consider using them as
my de facto printer, especially as they have a franchised studio within 3 miles of where I live.
