Optical Express

Optical express selling a product, rather than providing honest picture of laser surgery

Had laser surgery a year ago. When considering laser surgery, the potential recovery time not properly explained. More about any positive effects than explaining the potential negatives. Really pleased with vision results but still have ongoing dry eye issues a year on and the initial length of recovery was longer than detailed, so people should be warned that it is a potential long term process. My branch of Optical Express closed down and I wasn't even informed although I was still seeing them over dry eye issues. Will see you if needed but after care not as proactive as it could be.
