very good communications and service.
I was a bit disappointed with the knowledge of the fella on the end of the phone when I went to enquire about some kayaking wetsuits. He did try and find out the info and phone me back which was good. It would have been better to have advice from a kayaker though. The goods were good however and arrived on time etc. I'd use this company again but would do more research elsewhere first and not rely on knowledge over the phone.

Great communications and cheery staff on phone. They keep you informed every step of the way and do what they say they'll do: refreshing and reassuring. Definitely use Webtogs again.
