Not impressed - horse before cart come to mind!

We received confirmation of our order, promptly followed by a delivery schedule. As yet three days since delivery was estimated no goods received, but we have got this invite to make comment!!

Firstly, thank-you for taking the time to post your comments. My sincere apologies for the delay in your trampoline being delivered. I've looked into it and I can see that it was despatched from our warehouse as expected on 10th April, but for some reason the couriers did not attempt delivery to you on the 11th as they should have. It appears the couriers had a problem finding your address on their system (it seems it was to do with the lack of a house number in your address). They should have contacted you to get to the bottom of that, so I can only apologise that they did not. They attempted delivery on the 15th & the 16th, but again had problems with your address. I understand it was actually delivered to you on the 17th.

Again my sincere apologies for the issues with the delivery and we will raise it with the courier company and ask them to investigate and improve their procedures for contacting customers.

I hope you find the trampoline itself satisfactory and it provides many hours of happy bouncing (I have the same one at home and our little ones love it).
