I ordered a Rose Medley for my wife for our anniversary as she loves Roses,the first problem arose when I received an email stating that the order had been delivered a day early as I had been at work all day I searched high and low for the flowers including asking my neighbours if they had taken them for me but all to no avail so I rang Iflorist ans was informed that the florist had hit the wrong button and sent the email by accident,fair enough.The flowers duly arrived on Saturday but though nice bore no resemblance whatsoever to the order made and only comprised of 4 roses and a lot of other stuff.I tried to contact Iflorist using their appalling online chat thing but all I got from Ms Menla was a standard generic load of waffle that took 15 minutes to deliver.So an not very satisfactory episode which is a shame because I have had excellent service in the past.
