If you are unlucky enough to have an issue with your booking do not expect any help from Bravofly's customer service. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to change my flights, and the two times I had to call I was simply told "no" by both representatives without a reasonable explanation. I was also told that even if I had booked directly with the airline they would not have changed the flights either. Which was a pure outright lie, as I spent an hour on the phone with the airline trying to change them, but they advised that they would, but as I had booked through a 'travel agent', they could not and I had to contact them. If I had booked through the airline, they would have charged a change fee, but certainly would have been able to change my flights...
If your are considering booking with Bravofly, don't... Simple as that. They may offer a better price, but you will end up paying more than the airlines advertised price if you have the unfortunate need to change your flights or even worse a terrible experience if you must have to deal with your travel agent 'Bravofly'.
For any Bravofly reps that read this, never again! And I will be spreading the word. And one of the agents names that I spoke to was apparently 'Mike' based in London. Who hung up on me without cause. I can only hope that the call was recorded as he advised for when I ring to complain.
