Could Be Better If They Used a Better Courier
Bought a Dolls House for my daughter on December 11th, paid extra to gaurantee delivery on the 15th. Unfortunately they use DPD, the WORST delivery company in the UK. I recieved my parcel today after chasing DPD and Toys R Us and threatening to ask for compensation for collecting it from the depot.
The customer service lady at Toys R Us was very understanding however and she cannot be faulted.

Its amazing what a little blackmail can do to speed up a delivery from DPD!!
Last night I was told I wouldnt get the parcel in time for Xmas even though I had paid extra for specified delivery date from Toys R Us for 15th December, this morning I told them I would pick it up from Hebburn at their depot.
Once they agreed I asked where I send my invoice to for the £23 an hour plus mileage that I charge. Amazingly my parcel arrives today at half past one.
