Don´t know what to think...probably a HUGE fraud company!!!

Short story!
Ordered a Ron Gilad Dear Ingo lamp on the 31th of March.
Money was drawn immediately but i never got a order confirmation from Infurn.
I have sent several emails via their site but as of response. Come on..what kind of legit e-commerce handle their customers like this???

I´ll contact my CC company on Monday and Swedish police as well!
Hopefully some day this will get resolved..but i have very little hope!

We apologise for the delay in response to your query which may have lead you to be concerned, but we would like to reassure you that there is no fraud, your order has been confirmed and you will receive your lamp.

There are several reasons for non receipt of order confirmation, sometimes it goes to a spam folder or if the customer's email address differs from the one shown on the order.

With regard to payment, this is required at the time of placing the order, as is customary in the Uk, and we also have to pay our suppliers up front.

Meantime, I have emailed you the planned delivery date and log in details for your Customer account, so that you can keep a track on your goods, along with my contact details, if I can be of further assistance.
