Inefficient & Poor Customer Service

I first ordered a Bristan bath tap on the 3rd of March as it was cheap and it said the delivery is approximately 2 working days. When I received the confirmation from them, it was written that the product is not due from the supplier until after 2 weeks 14th of March!!! so I emailed 2x and cancelled my order on the 5th of March and when I did not received any email back regarding my cancellation I contacted customer service on the 7th of March, thinking that since its only a week left to wait I should just reorder the tap. I have been reassured that the product is due from the supplier on the the same day 14th of March and will be delivered on Monday the 17th so I went ahead and replaced the order (162225). I also pointed out that when I cancelled this order, I never received any reply from them and she was very apologetic. She informed me that I should call on Monday 17th of March at 7:30 and they will be able to find out the estimated time of delivery with TNT. So I took a leave today 17th of March and called them and I was informed that it is not due for delivery today as it is due to the supplier today!!!
I wasted 2 weeks waiting for nothing and the even worst, there were no records of my calls and cancellation but I have proof in my iPhone that I have spent 12 mins on the 7th of March dealing with this.
In view of this, I will not order anything here again ever!!!


very good service

my order was delivered promptly and I was informed prior to delivery date. although I was not aware that a time frame for the delivery can be requested, I think this gives customer flexibility. In summary, I am very happy with the overall service, from ordering online to the delivery and the quality of the product.

I ordered few things already with banana fingers as they always have great deals and they also deliver promptly.
