excellent service. poor packaging

ordered bath filler. Arrived on schedule but was damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. Item was replaced within 24 hours ( excellent service) but replacement item was packaged exactly the same way. Fortunately it was undamaged and worked fine.
Overall, excellent value and service.
