20 March - received below email: Dear client,

Upon packing your order, we had discovered that our shipment of Samsung EX2F (Black) WiFi Smart Camera was damaged, and therefore had to be returned.
Unfortunately, the replacements are not expected to arrive within any short period of time.
We apologise for any inconveniences caused, however in this unfortunate event, we would like to ask if there are any other similarly priced products listed on our site that may be suitable as a replacement? Should the price be slightly higher, we can perhaps waive this as a gesture of goodwill (please note we can only do this usually for minor differences).
Likewise, if the price is lower, we can have this reimbursed to your account.
Kindly let us know by reply and we will do our best to expedite this for you. Otherwise, kindly advise on how we should proceed.
20 March - checked the website and there are no other cameras around the same price range. The one I ordered happened to the the cheapest one, and so I chose the next cheapest one. Sent an email back.
21 March - did not receive a response so called them. Was advised on the phone that they do not think this will be approved and they phone operator had to ask a manager and will call me back. Never received a call back. Therefore on the same day, cancelled the order as decided to buy camera in an actual shop. Received the below confirmation email:

'We would like to confirm that your order has now been cancelled and a full refund will be following. Please allow a few days for us to process your refund. It can take up to 2 weeks on occasion for the refund to be initiated due to current processes we have in place. You can be assured that once refunded you will receive a courtesy email from us informing you of the credit.

15 April - just sent another follow up email as no response
It has been so stressful dealing with them, and I am dealing with a fair amount of money. They were quick to take the money out of the CC but to get the refund has been a nightmare. I'm beginning to believe I will never get it back from them. I will report them if I don't hear anything soon.
