After spending many a night in a hotel, it is somewhat difficult to eat sensible when studying hotel menu's. With this plan with a bit of forward thinking and planning meals I have so far "cracked it" saving up the cold meals for when a microwave is not available. I am a week in and not had a bad meal, infact they are nice. I already have many favorites. oh by the way I have lost over 6lb. Have been hungry at times but maybe I'm thinking about it too much.
