Good prices, sales, delivery and returns.

I recently ordered a few dresses from asos and the dresses are great, however the sizes are a bit weird, I ended up ordering the same dress 3 times so I could get the correct size, this wasn't a problem as delivery and returns are both free so it didn't cost me anything to get the dress in the correct size. Delivery takes longer than other company's I have used but it was still less than a week so it's acceptable, only issue I have had is the delivery man being very rude.


Good service but can not be contacted by phone and no free delivery.

I would recommend boohoo to a friend however it was very frustrating when I had a problem with one of the dresses and there is no phone number to call only an email address, they did email me back with in 24 hours and fixed my problem and provided me with free delivery to replace a faulty dress but personally I would prefer to speak to someone on the phone. I also would tell my friends that they would be better to look at other shops like asos for cheap dresses as you have to spend £30 to get free delivery at boohoo, apart from that I am very impressed about how quick delivery is (best delivery out of all the company's I used) very easy to return items and free returns, as well as good quility products.

As we pride ourselves on our email service and believe this is a better and faster way to respond to your queries we don't have a contact telephone number for ordering queries.

If you ever have an urgent query that you would like an instant response to we also have our Facebook and Twitter pages. Members of our customer service team are on Facebook and Twitter answering queries all day, 7 days a week.

We are always interested in feedback from our customers and areas that we can improve on. As our business continues to grow we are always looking to better our service to our customers.

I have passed along your comments on a free delivery service to the relevant teams and these are ideas we may look to implement in the future.

I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that it does not put you off shopping with us again.
