Purchased an order from Topshop last week. Was told delivery would have arrived no later than Wednesday 24th April. Recieved an SMS from Hermes on Monday 22nd to say my parcel was with my local courier and would be with me within 2 days. On Tuesday 23rd status was updated as 'Not Delivered'. Tried to contact Hermes to see what exactly that meant. Firstly, their Webchat function wasn't working and on closer inspection of webchat times they are as follows; Monday - Saturday Closed Sunday 12:59 AM - 01:00AM?? Much use that is! Also their Email option guarantees a 24 Hour response. 2 Days later and I have still heard nothing. My delivery status has still not changed from the 'Not Delivered' status. Unreliable, unprofessional service!

I searched Easytobook for hotels in Boston and came across a great price for a 4* hotel so I decided to book straightaway.
Very straightforward process clearly indicating price breakdown (including taxes & fees) and had it all sorted in a couple of minutes and recieved confirmation email immediately.
