Boxes of goodies arrived bang on time! Pleasantly surprised at amount in each pouch/pack. Only on day 4, so early days, but finding it easy to stick to and foods tried so far have been delicious. Chicken Korma and sweet pot and coconut soup my favs so far. Have added veg to main meals and fruit/salad to breakfast and lunches and haven't really felt hungry so have only had one snack.(not sure if this will mess up system if you don't eat it all as directed?) My main problem has always been portion control so this a perfect way to ensure i don't cheat. Only downside is where to store it all...oh, and stopping my children asking if they can have the snacks i haven't eaten!
Not going to weigh myself yet until week over but been keeping a food diary each day to track progress. By my calculations/approximations, using the booklet as a calorie guide plus the Kcal details on the food itself, I seem to be under my calorie allowance, Is this correct or am i doing it all wrong?
