I've bought 2 cat 5 tickets each worth 580 euros including taxes for the Barcelona vs. PSG game on the 2nd of April.
First of all, I received my tickets only 5 or 6 hours before the game which was not only very worrying but it also did not come to my house, I had to pick it up myself from the airport.
Me and my friend were EXTREMELY excited and we went to the stadium (parc des princes). My friend scanned his tickets and it flashed green and he got in normally. When I tried to scan my ticket it scanned red and I could NOT get in. I was then told that I had to speak to a certain person about it. I waited about 15 minutes and I finally got to him. He took my tickets and starting talking in his walkie talkie. He then asked me if I had my passport, I said no. And then after 5 minutes he gave me my ticket and told me that I could not get in. I went to him again after 5 minutes and he told me "It is impossible for you to get in". I was EXTREMELY sad and I almost started crying. I then saw someone else doing his job at another gate. I waited in line for what could have been an hour. After getting to him, he let me inside 15 MINUTES AFTER THE START OF THE GAME! I was extremely unsatisfied with viagogo. I missed the BEST part about the match. I missed the players getting into the field. I missed the chance of being a part of the PSG intro. I'm extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with viagogo and this ruined the rest of the game for me. I was and still am sad. And it was all because the ticket YOU sent me had an issue and would not let me in.
Therefore, I demand my right, I demand to get a part from the original ~1200 euros I paid; MY WASTED MONEY.
I sent them an email and guess what? THEY NEVER REPLIED.
