I'd emailed the customer service team with a query on my order and they replied straight away. I replied and told them the story about why I was replacing my bracelet and they carried on emailing me about it and saying how my story had made them all laugh.......in the end it was like I was emailing an old friend, not the customer service team of a large organisation.
I would recommend Tresor Paris on line shop to anyone, infact I went into Beaverbrooks jewellers yesterday and they had the earrings I want but I didn't buy them, I'd rather order them online, service is second to none. Well done Tresor Paris, you obviously train your team to very high standards and I for one appreciate that.
I'm putting a second review as you have been most efficient in dealing with my original complaint.
I would just like to say that when I placed my order online there wasn't a 2nd option for the delivery, if there had been I would never have chosen the delivery that required a signature. It didn't even tell me that it would require a signature all it said was delivery was £5.50
I can't thank you enough for the fast response to my complaint, the way it was dealt with was most professional. I will order from you again, but I'd make sure I got standard delivery. Thank you again
