I am now on my third week of Diet Chef, already I am feeling bored and disinterested in the meals. I have managed to scuff nearly all my snacks. Do we really need them? At the same time I have lost a total of 1.7 kilos. There is no way I was following a strick diet. I have had a few (a lot) of naughty days. Initially I thought the food was interesting and tasty but now I am finding they all more or less taste the same. I mixed them up to have a different dinner every day and the soups maybe duplicated twice for the 28 days but still does not feel there is much variation in taste. I still have another month to go before I can cancel, as I signed up for two months supply. Somebody else mentioned unable to fit satchets into microwave standing up, I find the same problem so end up having to heat them in a saucepan. Hoping to lose 1 stone (Not sure if I could cope if I had a lot of weight to lose).
