We booked a room in a hotel for 2 nights. We had a confirmation email for 1 room, for 2 persons, for one night. We got to the hotel and the manager said we had 2 rooms reserved in our name. The manager was kind enough to cancel one of the rooms but ' reservation counter' still charged our credit card for 2 rooms. We wrote to ' reservation counter' (which in fact in Expedia) but we haven't got a reply from them yet. Stay away from ' reservation counter' and Expedia!
