After missing the One Direction shows in Newcastle due to being on holiday, I tried Seatwave last minute for their Sheffield shows, as my daughter was clearly gutted after chatting to her mates on her return from holiday. I used Seatwave and got some tickets 2 days before the show. They were e-tickets and were downloadable within an hour of purchase. Having never used Seatwave I still had reservations but tickets were valid and better than I could ever imagined, almost front row, one very happy daughter and mam despite having to pay 3x face value, as the quality of the seats meant it was well worth it. The morale of the story is you can trust Seatwave and if your show is sold out this is the best way to get tickets.
