Refresh Cartridges

Will not buy from refresh cartridges again

I cancelled an order from another firm because the delivery was too slow. They refunded my money within two days. The order from Refresh Cartridges was delivered very quickly but after a lot of trying could not get the coloured caetridge to work. After contacting Refresh I was advised how to get the cartridge to work but it still no good. I was then advised to return it for a replacement, but I would sooner get my money refunded. In the meantime I ordered new cartridges from Lexmark which arrived today and at last I can now use my printer. It might cost more but will get my cartridges from Lexmark from now on.

We're really sorry to hear of the problems experienced by this customer.

I'm pleased to hear that at least cartridge arrived quickly and I'm sorry that the previous company used let her down. We only ever advertise goods that we have available for immediate dispatch so our delivery is usually next day.

Absolutely every cartridge that we sell is electronically tested and print tested to ensure that it’s working at the point of production. This kind of quality control allows us to work to a failure rate of less than 1% but, as with any retailer, we are unable to guarantee that a problem will never occur and so I’m sorry that an issue has occurred in this instance.

We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every product that we sell and so the customer is more than welcome to either a replacement or a full refund. This review via TrustPilot is the most recent communication we have had and so have e-mailed the customer directly to ask how they wish to proceed.

We would like to reiterate that we are passionate about customer service and while we can't guarantee that a problem will never occur we are always more than happy to either refund or replace in the event of any problems.
