Booking reference MMDF8B. Received email advising tickets issued but no tickets!!
Instead when I opened up the booking reference you advised that View Trip has recognised a flight schedule change therefore unable to display our itinerary and to contact Support Team. I have done this, sent through the details and still no tickets and no email from you. You have had our money since 16 April - where are our tickets? We leave Sydney, Australia on 01 June so we URGENTLY need your URGENT attention and the provision of our air tickets.
