I purchased goods that weren't in stock. My order was confirmed but nobody contacted me to say they were out of stock. After repeated phone calls, I was eventually told that the items were not in stock. I was eventually offered a refund and the order was cancelled by the retailer.
The refund never arrived and I received a call saying that the goods were now in stock. Would I like the goods or a refund. Having purchased the items elsewhere (and also cheaper as it turns out!), I confirmed that I was still waiting for the refund offered previously and asked for the refund to be processed.
I'm still waiting and have had to escalate it as a case in paypal to try and get my money back.
My advice: Avoid this Retailer!
