I would like just to make three improvements to make the service excellent,
First of all the use of e-tickets, I tried to take the bus directly with my e-ticket in my smartphone, and in one of the turist major bus stops (Victoria, over Buckinham Palace road) there is no way to catch the bus because the BigBus team does not have the devices to read my e-ticket and I had to walk with all my family in an unknown city looking for the BigBus office to can use the service which I booked before, so that no make sense, why I book in advance? if I need to go directly into the BigBus office to get a valid tickets. ( for the record I have been used the BigBus service before without booking, I mean buying the same day the journey on the Westminster bridge, and it works better)
The second, I really think that the service of the Red line is much better that the Blue one, I mean it is always better the comment of the guys on board, I understand that the costs increases too much, but maybe the driver can make this job too, there are many details which are given in the Red line which do not exist in the Blue line recorded comments.
The third and last one, the last journey.... It could be great if you can make a late afternoon or evening tour, I mean there is a lot of places to visit in the evening, and could be great to make it with the BigBus journey even if the service could be every two hours, just in weekends, (current last 18:00, perhaps one at 20:00 and a late one at 22:00). In other cities the turist buses works in that way even they have some night-life special tour.
