After ordering some converses from another company for my daughters birthday which took ages to arrive & they were the wrong size TWICE! I ordered from Blackleaf & they arrive quickly & the right size!!


Not good!

Ordered a pair of size 4 converses for my daughter birthday, took ages to arrive & then were a size 4.5! I returned them explaining why & asked for the right size. Ages later yes you guessed it another size 4.5 arrive! A month after her birthday no shoes, 2 labels printed by me & 2 trips returning the shoes! A very sad daughter 😢

I bought a laptop end Nov 11 for a Christmas present for my daughter. The following Christmas it started to have problems charging. I contacted the company who didn't want to know as it was technically over the 12 months warranty! After lots of debate they eventually agreed a good price to repair, but low & behold the hard disc "disappeared"! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!
