no use

selected item, ordered item, paid for item, email to confirm purchase, then email saying item out of stock. how can that be? surely there's a system to keep on line status of items up to date. apparently not

Hi Lesley, really sorry to hear the item you ordered was out of stock. We do have real time stock systems in place, and 99.9% of the time the system works perfectly and all our customers are satisfied. Unfortunately errors occur sometimes (often outside our control - theft from our shop etc!). Hopefully you were notified from us promptly regarding the order, and your order was swiftly refunded in full. Our apologies that we could not be of service on this occasion. Thanks.....SS20
