Will they ignore this too?

Paid for my deal and "redeemed" it. Order did not arrive within the ten days, it has now been four weeks, and i still have nothing at all.
I have emailed to complain a number of times, each email has been ignored or responded days later with "have you still not got it?".

I'm going to contact trading standards, only too happy to take your money, but apparently offer nothing in return, except from the worst customer service ever.

Three days after posing this, i've still heard nothing. It has now been over a month since i "redeemed my order", no response, no refund and no order in sight.

Absolute theives, avoid at all costs.
