I placed an order for an iPad 64 GB in white on 23rd March 2013. I received an email to say it would be dispatched within 7 -14 working days. Two weeks later they sent an email to say it was damaged and didn't have another one in stock and would I like to order something else. I telephoned to confirm that I would like to change the order to a black iPad and was informed there were 7 in stock. They also said due to the delay they would make this order a priority. One week later I telephoned to enquire about the dispatch of this order and was given no information. The next day I received an email to say the item was out of stock and would I like to change the order again! I was not happy with the service I was receiving and requested a full refund. They asked me to confirm this by email which I did immediately. To date I have not received a single reply to any emails I have sent. I have also telephoned on numerous occasions to make complaints and asked to speak to the manager who is never available. I am concerned that I will not receive any refund. I have read other reviews which seem to mirror everything I am stating here. I do not trust Simply Electronics Ltd and believe them to be a scam company. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
