We recently booked a holiday to Antigua with friends through Linda Holden. When we got to the resort they had downgraded our room locally. This was extremely disappointing to say the least and the room was very much below acceptable standard. We contacted Linda by email and she started to work on our behalf to reach a satisfactory conclusion. This culminated in us moving after the second night to a more suitable room, along with negotiated extras locally and a very welcome refund of some of our holiday cost. Things can go wrong outside of control of the agents but when this happens, it is how it is dealt with. Linda was very supportive and emailed us throughout the weekend and evenings, bearing in mind the 5 hour time difference. Thanks and our gratitude to you Linda for turning a negative situation into a positive. We will certainly not hesitate to book with Holidays Please again.
