Aside from the amazing quality meat, which so far has all been fantastic (chicken that reminds you want chicken should taste like, I will continue to be a fan for the chicken breasts alone) I also had reason to contact the customer service team and was pleasantly surprised.
I had to go out at short notice when my order was being delivered so called to arrange drop off. The lady who answered was as helpful as possible, adding a note to the order and ensuring me she would call Yodel to pass this info on also.
Everything right down to the packaging is perfect, with the meats being as cold as if I took them out of the fridge when I opened the box. Many of the items were in easy to store packaging and I had freezer bags for the larger items in the order (I now have an entire drawer full fo chicken breast in the freezer, its quite a sight!).
All the above make Westin Gourmet a pleasure to shop with and give me absolute confidence in their product and brand. I will continue to purchase the majority of my meat through them.
