I had a small problem with some of my pictures being creased on arrival - the evidence needed was disproportionate to my £3 damaged shots. Orbit wanted a photo of each of the three individual images that were damaged, one of the batch was not adequate. then an image of each destroyed photo. This took 5 emails - i wont waste my time with these guys again - i gave up

I received an order that i had cancelled via amazon as it was going to take weeks to be sent out to me. Weeks later it turns up.
I then have a 13 email process, including having to send tdf my cancellation evidence as the oversite was assumed to be mine.
Several of these were then for - two lost postage pay returns, 3rd one arrived -- i have now completely lost the will and the case is still open.
