Play-SC.com

I got ripped off - WATCH OUT

On Sunday evening (31/03/2013) I attempted to purchase Borderlands2 from Play-SC.com. The PayPal components were completed.

Item Title: Borderlands2
Your purchase from Play-SC.com (Order #35520)
Invoice ID: 35520
Date: 31/03/2013

However, after accepting payment, the play-sc.com site refused to provide a ‘download’ due to me being in New Zealand. The message went on to say the transaction would be "cancelled".

I was unable to establish a VPN or get media download access.

Clearly play-sc.com did not actually cancel the cash transaction as they took my money. However, they would not allow me to complete the download !!!

Now I don't have the money, the media or even the product key :-(

This sounds as if you're mistakenly assigning an error message from Steam to us.

Steam tells you your transaction has been cancelled when you didn't use VPN.
We didn't cancel your transaction. Your order got processed right away and you got your key instantly after you've completed the checkout process.

After checkout you get redirected to our website and where you can find your key. Invoice and key were also sent to your email address and you can find both when you login to your Play-SC account and find your order under order history.

If you have trouble with the VPN, which is required once to activate Borderlands 2, just send us an email and we'll be glad to assist.
