On Sunday evening (31/03/2013) I attempted to purchase Borderlands2 from Play-SC.com. The PayPal components were completed.

However, after accepting payment, the play-sc.com site refused to provide a ‘download’ due to me being in New Zealand. The message went on to say the transaction would be "cancelled".
I was unable to establish a VPN or get media download access.
Clearly play-sc.com did not actually cancel the cash transaction as they took my money. However, they would not allow me to complete the download !!!
Now I don't have the money, the media or even the product key :-(
