after waiting over a month for the installation of the line the engineer turned up (in the 6 hour slot i was given) and took ages to decide that he didnt need to put a line in and that he could use one there already. When he left he said dont plug anything in for an hour an the internet would be on the next day. Having used both BT and Virgin in the past i was amazed that a router is delivered and a line activated and thats it, you are left to get it running yourself. I left the office for the day and that evening had text messages saying it was live. Went to the office the next day and it didnt work. Spent most of the day, from 11.30am on the phone to India to be told they couldnt report a fault and someone would call me back. 4 times but no one did. When i said i wanted to cancel it i get told i would have to pay a charge and pay for the service for 2 years. No one sorry for it not working. No one eager to get it fixed. So i decide to continue but get text an email messages that its cancelled. The whole service is a joke and now i know why it was cheaper. When i rang to get it fixed i was told there were so many faults being reported it could take up to 5 days for someone to come. what a company!!!!!
