TransferWise

The money never arrived at the destination.....

Hard to comment since my money hasn't arrived at the destination ( 4 days and counting )

No phone support after office hours isn't helpful either...

Hi Tom -

Really sorry to see you're disappointed, we did our best to support you by providing a statement showing that the money was sent off correctly. I'm afraid the issue here is/was on the recipient's end, as they haven't delivered the money/credit to you, whereas the payment from us has been received already.

As for your comment about phone support – rest assured, we're working on offering more and better support during the weekends. We're a small, but growing team and we're aware of the need for longer support hours. And we should have at least sent you an e-mail after you called us, I apologise for not doing this.

If you check again with the recipient and insist them to look, I am confident they acknowledge having the money all along.

Our support team is happy to help you further in any way.
