Not a great deal to say here. I ordered a new Russell Hobbs kettle for a rental property and it arrived in good time, in one piece and as far as I am aware, is working. No problem with the company, although I have had no reason to test their customer service. I paid, they delivered, kettle works.
I haven't used the Parcel2go service yet, just used the on-line chat service to find info about the parcel drop-off service.
Catherine Corless was very helpful and was able to provide me with all the details I needed to use the service, both for work and home.
Excellent advice service, unlike a lot of the "virtual" services where questions are thrown out if they don't match a pre-determined format.
