I cannot fault the surgery team at White City Optical Express. They put me at ease, talked me through the operation and gave good aftercare advice. The only issue I had (on a number of occassions) was with the optician team when arranging follow up appointments. These were often changed, or the location moved with short notice, or I would often turn up and they would not have a record of my appointment.
I completed several questionnaires at each stage of my aftercare and did request for a call back to talk about the concerns I had, however this never happened.
All in all, I'm glad I had the surgery and the competence of the staff in this particular branch is probably an isolated issue. I have recommended Optical Express to friends and family, but have mentioned the trouble I had with appointments.
